This study surveyed fish diversity in the Bisalpur Reservoir near Deoli City, Rajasthan in 2014. 21 fish species from 11 families and 7 orders were recorded. The dominant order was Cypriniformes with 11 species. The reservoir supports fisheries but faces pressures from irrigation and households. Conservation efforts are needed to maintain critical water levels and protect fish, especially during breeding periods. Illegal fishing was also observed to threaten fish populations.
