Rationale: To date no national and international requirements for nutrition nursing which has led to considerable variability in educational activities, roles, and nutrition practices. The aim of the study was to describe working conditions, educational background, the practices surrounding nutrition, challenges and future development needs of nutrition nurses in Turkey, Europe and the USA and propose recommendations for nutritional practice and research. Methods: This study was an online cross-sectional survey.Thirty-three item online survey was sent to nutrition support nurses in Turkey, Europe and the USA in collaboration with national nutrition societies (National Nurses Nutrition Group-NNNG) and WhatsApp Groups, and data collected between November 2020 to August 2021. Descriptive statistics mean, standard deviation, min, max, percentage were utilized to define nurses' characteristics and their nutritional practices per country. One-way ANOVA and Chi-Square test were used to compare three countries. Levene test was used to assess the homogeneity of the variances.
