What is Kapandji Tech about?

This study evaluates the clinical application of a multi-directional temporary Kapandji technique combined with volar locking plate fixation for Type C distal radius fractures in 15 patients. Results showed that all patients achieved uneventful fracture union within 8-12 weeks and demonstrated good to excellent functional recovery based on the modified Mayo wrist scoring system. The method proved to be simple, replicable, and effective in achieving optimal fracture alignment with minimal force.
