Social Accountability (SAc) aims to open communication between governments and citizens to achieve common goals. The Affiliated Network for Social Accountability (ANSA) implements SAc projects in Asia and the Pacific through local convener groups in Cambodia, Indonesia, Mongolia, and the Philippines. This presentation will examine the enabling environment for SAc, tools and techniques used to promote citizen participation, and lessons learned from ANSA
