This study evaluates the performance of coagulation factors VIII (FVIII) and IX (FIX) testing in Chinese laboratories over a five-year external quality assessment program (2019-2023). Results showed a decrease in inter-laboratory variability and an increase in pass rates for both FVIII (from 88.0% to 93.4%) and FIX (from 81.3% to 92.7%). The findings indicate improvements in testing quality and highlight the importance of standardization in coagulation factor assays.
