Once ruled by Suel migrants, it is now disputed between the Free State of Onnwal and the tyrannical Scarlet Brotherhood. The Free State values freedom and diversity while the Brotherhood enforces brutal rule over non-Suel peoples. A protracted war continues as the Free State works to fully liberate Onnwal from the Brotherhood
