The Republic of Argentina announces that it has obtained consent from holders of 99.01% of eligible bonds to exchange those bonds for new bonds under the terms of its invitation. As of August 28, 2020, holders of 93.40% of eligible bonds accepted the exchange offer. The bond exchange and modifications will be effective on September 4, 2020.
