About this document
Indirubin Inhibits RANTES in Influenza Cells by Hạ Đinh is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the inhibitory effects of indirubin on RANTES expression in influenza virus-infected human bronchial epithelial H292 cells. Indirubin significantly reduced both the expression and production of RANTES in cells infected with influenza A and B viruses, while having no notable effect on IL-8 expression. The findings suggest that indirubin, a compound derived from traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, may have potential immunomodulatory effects against influenza virus infections.
