This paper investigates the influence of organizational size and type on innovative culture and readiness for implementing Industry 4.0. It finds that while the innovative culture does not depend on the size of the organization, it is somewhat influenced by the type of organization. The study employs quantitative methods, including the Organizational Culture Index, to analyze data collected from various organizations in the Czech Republic.
