This study investigates the impact of adding subtitles to videos on the listening comprehension of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students. Conducted with 76 prep college students, the results showed that those who added subtitles while watching videos performed significantly better in listening comprehension tests compared to those who did not. The findings suggest that integrating video subtitles through educational apps can enhance EFL learners
