This case report describes a rare presentation of hydatid cyst in the peritoneum of a 24-year-old female patient in Ethiopia. She presented with a gradually enlarging abdominal lump associated with dull pain, loss of appetite, and weight loss. Imaging including ultrasound and CT scan confirmed a cystic mass in the peritoneum.
