What is Widow about?
If a husband divorces his wife while ill and dies before 12 lunar months have passed: 1. The wife can inherit his property if she did not remarry during the iddat period and did not seek the divorce of her own accord. 2. However, if the husband divorced the wife as a result of the illness and then died from that illness, the divorced wife will not inherit from him. 3.
