Amendment No. 4 from May 2002 amends an irrigation equipment specification for polyethylene pipes. It substitutes the testing speed for measuring tensile strength and elongation at break of pipe materials from 100±10mm/min to 10MPa (FAD54). The amendment specifies that at 27±3°C, pipes must have a tensile strength at break of 10MPa and an elongation at break of 350 percent.
