What is 曾国藩相人术 (Tseng Kuo-fan's Physiognomy ) about?

(Tseng Kuo-fan's Physiognomy (Graphic Collector) introduces in detail and completely the basis and method of Tseng Kuo-fan's physiognomy from both the theory and practice aspect. The author believes that Bing Jian was not written by Tseng Kuo-fan. The saying that he wrote it comes from people around Chiang Kai-shek, while Tseng Kuo fan's method of finding talents has been ignored. Tseng Kuo-fan's Physiognomy (Graphic Collector) collects related records from copious literature, and then explicates in detail in order to restore the truth-reserve and choose talents for the country, which differs greatly from the feudalistic physiognomy.)
