In this chapter we have summarized the major developments in atomic structures of NCs solved by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Different techniques to grow single crystals and challenges to get good quality crystals are mentioned. Important crystal structures of gold and silver nanoclusters are talked about. Finally, cocrystallization of NCs are explained with examples.
