This case report discusses the simultaneous treatment of two children using a palatal miniscrew-system appliance for maxillary expansion and distalization of the first molar. The treatment successfully corrected Class II subdivision, posterior crossbite, and created space for the eruption of the second premolar without the typical side effects associated with these movements.
