This document evaluates the safety culture maturity levels of universities in Kenya. A study was conducted of 7 universities using questionnaires, observations, and interviews to assess safety culture based on 7 key dimensions. The results showed that 6 universities were at an emerging level of safety culture maturity and 1 was at a managing level.
