The Board of Directors of the San Rafael Water District held a meeting on March 8, 2021. The Board passed Resolution No. 2021-02, which authorizes the General Manager, Engr. Numeriano M. Castañeda Jr., to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System for the Bulacan Bulk Water Supply Project Stage 3. The project aims to supply treated bulk water to and alleviate the chronic water shortage in Bulacan province. The resolution was unanimously approved by the Board.
