What is Marabut Central School Earthquake Drill Report about?

The Marabut Central Elementary School in the Philippines conducted the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill on June 9, 2022. Over 200 students and 13 teachers participated in practicing "duck, cover, and hold," the recommended response during an earthquake. While the school identified several areas for improvement, including a lack of emergency supplies and preparedness plans, the drill allowed students and staff to rehearse earthquake safety procedures.
