## Take Home Message Administration of enfortumab vedotin in real-world patients was feasible with an acceptable toxicity profile. Antitumor activity in our cohort was comparable to data previously reported from trials. In summary, our results support the use of enfortumab vedotin in real-world patients with metastatic urothelial carcinoma.
