This document discusses using QSAR to study potential tuberculosis inhibitors from natural products obtained from marine microbes and medicinal plants. The objective is to build a QSAR model to predict inhibitory activity of compounds against Mtb H37Rv based on their descriptors. So far, descriptors have been obtained for 35 peptides with known IC50 values using software. The descriptors were filtered, resulting in 237 unique descriptors.
