last (Reference) visit during the prior studies (n1⁄4160), mean penile curvature improved by 20.9 ± 16.3 degrees or 39.3% with collagenase. Similar improvements with collagenase from baseline to Reference were observed in patients with stippled calcification (n1⁄427; improvement of 24.1 ± 20.2 degrees or 42.7%) and those with calcification (n1⁄427; improvement of 21.7 ± 14.8 degrees or 43.3%). At Year 5 follow-up in patients with no calcification (n1⁄4119), there was an additional 10.0% improvement in mean penile curvature versus Reference (4.3 degrees). Penile curvature improvements seen at Reference in patients with stippled calcification and calcification were maintained through Year 5. Additional numeric improvements in all 3 PDQ domains were also observed at the Year 5 visit versus baseline scores (Table ). The mean change in PDQ bother domain score significantly improved, based on 95% CI, for all 3 calcification subgroups from baseline to Year 5 (Table ). No long-term safety issues were identified across the 3 penile plaque calcification subgroups. Conclusions: During 5 years of follow-up, without additional collagenase treatment, improvements in penile curvature were maintai
