last (Reference) visit during the prior studies (n1⁄4160), mean penile curvature improved by 20.9 ± 16.3 degrees or 39.3% with collagenase. Similar improvements with collagenase from baseline to Reference were observed in patients with stippled calcification (n1⁄427; improvement of 24.1 ± 20.2 degrees or 42.7%) and those with calcification (n1⁄427; improvement of 21.7 ± 14.8 degrees or 43.3%).
