The Bank of Ghana has issued a notice requiring all banks and Specialized Deposit-taking Institutions (SDTIs) to adopt the end-of-day closing prices from the Ghana Fixed Income Market (GFIM) for the valuation of securities. Additionally, primary dealers must submit market-reflective indicative prices of government securities daily by 11:00 a.m. This notice is effective immediately as of April 4, 2024.
