What is Training about?

This paper investigates the impact of training and development (T&D) on organizational performance in selected countries of the Danube Region. The research, based on data from the Cranet 2015/16 international survey, concludes that organizations with well-developed T&D activities achieve higher productivity and service quality. Additionally, the study finds no significant differences between the countries in the region regarding the relationship between T&D and organizational performance.
