Can I read Kinect for Ergonomic Posture Assessment on EtoBox?

Kinect for Ergonomic Posture Assessment by Johannes Schütz is a document available to read on EtoBox.

What is Kinect for Ergonomic Posture Assessment about?

The document discusses using the Kinect sensor in observational methods for assessing worker postures. It implemented a computerized OWAS ergonomic assessment system using Kinect to acquire data and identify risk levels of recorded postures. Output data agreed well with human observers when subjects faced the sensor, but the camera viewpoint affected correctness. While results are promising, more study is needed on using low-cost sensors in real work environments.
