What is Intracranial Multiple Germ Cell Tumors Case Report about?

This case report describes an 18-year-old boy with intracranial multiple germ cell tumors. MRI revealed tumors in the pineal gland, sella turcica, corpus callosum, lateral ventricles, and fourth ventricle. Biopsy showed germinoma cells positive for CD117 and PLAP. The patient received radiation therapy with 18 Gy over 5 fractions. Follow-up MRIs over 24 months showed a significant decrease in tumor size with no recurrence or metastasis.
