What is Côtes de Francs: Les Cerisiers Wine about?

This wine is produced from grapes grown on 40 hectares of argilo-calcaire soil located on the east side of Bordeaux, France. It is 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are partly harvested by hand and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels, 20% of which are replaced annually. It has aromas of small berries, raspberry and chocolate with a medium body, silky tannins and smooth finish.
