## Abstract The corrosion characteristics of Al‐cast iron with 25% of Al in sulfuric acid are determined and compared to the values that were obtained on Al‐cast iron with 1–3% Al. It is concluded that the corrosion current density is very high. The value of B is 0.020. For p the value of 1 was obtained and for q: 1.17 B~A~ is 0.044 and b~C~ = −∞.
