What is Women about?
This program provides competitive grants to promote gender equity in education for women and girls. Funding supports local implementation of policies and practices to advance gender equity as well as research, development, and dissemination activities. Projects may receive funding for up to four years and examples of allowable activities include training teachers on gender equity, evaluating model programs, and developing strategies to assist schools in replicating gender-equity programs.
