Queen Victoria and Prince Albert exchanged personal gifts of jewellery to celebrate their love and family. Victoria commissioned pieces from the Crown Jeweller and had them engraved to commemorate special occasions. Her collection included brooches set with infant teeth, lockets of baby hair on a bracelet, and gifts exchanged with Albert like a thistle brooch incorporating their daughter
