Nowadays, e-learning, an intelligent learning system based on the formal teaching methodology but with some electronic properties or resources, plays a major role for learners or students so that the learners can access the resources online wherever and whenever required. The customization of e-learning depends on a better recommender framework which will be interpreted as fascinating research in the field of education. There are specific critiques in the recent recommender systems that utilize different recommendation techniques specifically for educational datasets to identify the learning preferences of the learners. Some of the important critiques are inaccuracy in the final recommendation, increased processing time, and many variations in the various performance measures. To resolve these critiques in some of the recent well-known methods, this research develops an enhanced vector space recommender that can automatically follow the learner's interests, requirements, and knowledge level.
