In this chapter, we investigate the stabilization and synchronization of different fractional chaotic maps described by the Caputo h-difference operator using linear control laws. First, we proposed different chaotic maps and presented some simple linear control laws intended to control and synchronize the dynamics of the maps. In addition, using adaptive linear controllers, we introduce different suitable schemes to achieve synchronization between h-fractional chaotic maps. All findings were obtained using theorems based on the Lyapunov approach and the characteristics of the Caputo h-difference operator. Finally, the validity of the developed linear controllers is verified by implementing relevant simulation results.
