What is Phone Banking Script for Housing Advocacy about?

The document is a request to Gavin Newsom and Hilda Solis to support housing homeless families in vacant homes owned by Caltrans in El Sereno, Los Angeles. It notes that the homes have been vacant for years and are no longer needed for a stalled freeway expansion. It asks them to have LA County manage the homes as Section 8 housing or permanent supportive housing to shelter homeless families during the pandemic and ensure health, safety and equity on a sustainable basis.
