This study aims to examine the extent to which corporate governance contributed to finding solutions to problems of agency theory. The study is based on a field study using a questionnaire with a sample of 51 university professors, professionals, and accountancy practitioners in Algeria. The study found statistically significant differences in the impact of corporate governance in reducing agency theory risks regarding the reality of agency theory in companies and employees
