What is Surviving a Supermarket War Horror about?

Three friends are hiding from soldiers in a bombed supermarket. One friend is shot and killed while hiding. The narrator is wedged between shelves, unable to move with the dead body of their friend next to them. They watch as murderous soldiers patrol the aisles. While trying to escape at night under cover of darkness, the narrator is shot and collapses, bleeding out on the floor as the soldiers leave them for dead.
