The study aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of the biosimilar drug CT-P13 to the reference drug infliximab (INX) in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis. Over 600 patients were randomly assigned to receive either CT-P13 or INX with methotrexate for 30 weeks. The primary endpoint was the percentage of patients achieving an ACR20 response at week 30, and results showed equivalent efficacy between the two drugs. Secondary endpoints like EULAR and DAS28 scores were also highly similar between groups
