What is CARES Audit & Error Reporting System about?

This document describes the CARES (Common Audit, Reporting, Error Solution) module which provides centralized auditing of business events and errors on a SOA ESB implementation. It will generate audit messages upon entry, exit, and errors of business services composed of OSB, BPEL, and adapter components. These audit messages will be published to a JMS channel and written to a database. Reports will also be generated periodically based on the audit data.
