This memorandum announces the transfer of management and supervision of the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP) from the Bureau of Learner Support Services-School Health Division (BLSS-SHD) to the Bureau of Learner Support Services-Youth Formation Division (BLSS-YFD). Current program coordinators are instructed to turn over necessary documents and information to new coordinators under YFD. Both divisions will continue activities planned for 2020, while the budget will be transferred to YFD for 2021 planning.
