About this document

High-Frequency Sine/Cosine Wave Circuit by CARLOS is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This circuit uses simple CMOS logic and two switched-capacitor filters to generate high-frequency sine and cosine waves from a square wave input. It divides a 50 MHz clock signal into 12.5 MHz and 1 MHz square waves with a 90 degree phase shift using logic dividers. These signals are then filtered by switched capacitor filters to produce sine and cosine waves. With newer filters, the circuit can produce a 1 MHz sine/cosine output at 1.7 V peak-to-peak.
