This document describes a method for simultaneously determining six non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) containing an arylpropionic acid moiety in pharmaceutical formulations and human plasma using high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection (HPLC-UV). An isocratic mobile phase of acetonitrile, phosphate buffer, methanol and tetrahydrofuran separated the NSAIDs on an ODS column. Mefenamic acid was used as an internal standard.
