This study evaluates soft tissue and incisor position changes in Class I bimaxillary protrusion patients after orthodontic treatment using friction and frictionless mechanics. A total of 40 patients were analyzed, revealing significant intra-group changes but no statistically significant differences between the two mechanics, except for the inter-incisal angle. The findings indicate that both treatment methods lead to notable soft tissue changes post-treatment.
