This study aimed to test a measurement model of school culture in Malaysian primary schools. Questionnaires were distributed to 579 teachers across 5 regions of Malaysia. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted and found that the measurement model consisted of 4 constructs (transformational leadership, shared planning, emphasis on learning, and collaboration) and 21 items.
