This study evaluates the feasibility of nine commercial organic-solvent nanofiltration (OSN) membranes for recovering phenolic compounds from wet olive pomace extracts. The membranes DuraMem® 500, NFX, and NF270 showed satisfactory permeate flux and effectively rejected undesired compounds like sugars and organic acids while allowing phenolic compounds to pass through. The findings suggest that OSN can be a viable method for purifying valuable phenolic compounds from olive pomace, enhancing their potential
