This research article investigates the mycorrhizal development of three oak species (Quercus robur, Q. ilex, Q. coccifera) inoculated with Tuber aestivum (summer truffle) to identify the most suitable species for truffle cultivation in Turkey. The study found that Q. robur exhibited the highest mycorrhizal rate at 0.93, indicating its potential for successful truffle garden establishment. The findings aim to support truffle cultivation, which contributes to rural economies and tourism in Turkey.
