The document provides the rules and project description for the 10th Annual National GeoPrediction competition. Competing teams will predict the lateral spread and vertical deformation of a sea wall in response to an earthquake using CPT and SPT subsurface data. Teams must submit a report no longer than 3 pages predicting lateral spread at two locations along the sea wall and vertical deformation at two locations. The top teams will be invited to present their predictions at the 2019 Geo-Congress conference
