This study aimed to determine the differences in prevalence of intestinal protozoa among school children in rural and urban areas and its association with risk factors. Stool samples and questionnaires were collected from 150 students in a rural school and 100 students in an urban school. Samples were examined for intestinal protozoa and nematodes.
