What is Egyptian Nurses about?

This study aims to investigate the determinants and mitigating factors of nurse brain drain in Egypt using a mixed methods approach. A survey of 325 nurses at a university hospital found that both push factors within Egypt and pull factors of other countries can predict over 97% of nurse migration.
