On April 5th there were 429 children apprehended, 4,231 in CBP custody, 908 transferred out of CBP custody, 15,193 in HHS care, and 239 discharged from HHS care. The 30-day averages show 500 children apprehended daily, 4,686 in CBP custody, and 517 transferred out of CBP custody daily.
