Fushe (SP-13) is an acupuncture point on the lower abdomen that regulates qi and alleviates pain. It is located 0.7 cun superior and 0.5 cun lateral to Chongmen (SP-12), and 4 cun lateral to the midline. Needling should be perpendicular at a depth of 1 to 1.5 cun. Fushe treats abdominal fullness and pain, painful abdominal masses, constipation, and pain in the lateral costal region or thigh. It is often combined with Chongmen to treat abdominal fullness and masses.
