Acid Resistance in Concrete with Waste by ngce is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the acid resistance of M30 grade concrete incorporating industrial wastes such as GGBS, metakaolin, and copper slag. The findings indicate that a mix with 5% GGBS, 5% metakaolin, and 20% copper slag exhibits the least weight loss and improved compressive strength when exposed to sulphuric and hydrochloric acids compared to control mixes. The results suggest that the simultaneous use of these materials enhances the durability of concrete in acidic environments.
